IHS Inc. acquire Prime Publications Limited
Lloyd's Register-Fairplay announced today IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS www.ihs.com) has acquired Prime Publications Limited, a 50 percent owner in the Lloyd's Register-Fairplay joint venture. The acquisition effectively makes IHS a 50-50 partner in Lloyd's Register-Fairplay. Lloyd's Register continues to own the other 50 percent.
