Ports & Harbors is published six times a year and its 5,000-strong readership consists of port authorities, government officials, UN agencies, shipping and stevedoring companies, port construction and consulting companies, universities, research institutes and others covering some 90 countries.

In 2005, a total of 9.7 billion tonnes - accounting for nearly 70% of the world seaborne trade - was handled by IAPH member ports, including about 80 of world container traffic.

IAPH is an active player in the global port community CEO's, port directors and port managers can promote and advance their common causes and interests.
