PC Register of Ships

The new version of the PC Register of Ships now contains all ships of 100 GT and above, and includes additional data fields and levels of functionality. It provides virtually unlimited searching, sorting and reporting capabilities and is supplied with the entire database of the world merchant fleet over 100 GT, including ships on order and under construction. A complete database of marine company records is also provided. Developed using Microsoft Access, users may either choose to run the system from the software provided or, should they wish to do so, develop their own application around the data provided.

In addition to being able to perform extensive searching and reporting within the PC Register of Ships, all of the information can be exported in a wide range of formats and there is no limit to the amount of data you can export.

All subscribers qualify for free access to the Internet Ships Register, as well as a choice of monthly or quarterly updates.

For companies interested in fixtures, detentions or casualties histories, three additional modules have been developed that can be added to the standard PC Register of Ships subscription package.

New Enhancements due mid 2007

A number of enhancements are being developed which will include additional search features and data fields.  New multi-pick facility for flag will be added to the search facility, as well as new search fields for Inmarsat number, formula deadweight, displacement tonnage, ice class, segregated and clean ballast capacities Statcode 5 shiptype and survey dates.  These fields will also be available as display fields and a number of new narrative texts covering holds, hatches, cargo and machinery will be added.
