Ports Guide Online

The Ports Guide Online is updated daily to ensure that you have access to the latest information on over 9,800 ports and terminals worldwide. This information follows the same format as the printed and CD ROM editions of the Guide, and is designed to enable you to effectively plan a port call.

The database that provides port conditions and news is updated daily. Hyperlinks are provided to the port websites, agents and service providers to put you in touch with local services.

Details of over 8,000 tanker berths and terminals are included within the Guide. These details include berth restrictions, mooring arrangements, connections, load and discharge rates and details of terminal operators.

Over 4,000 plans, maps and port photographs are provided to ensure that you have all of the necessary information about each port.

Online subscribers to the Ports & Terminals Guide will receive a daily email covering the very latest port news and conditions.

Port disbursement information is now available as a separate chargeable module. The information is supplied by G-Ports and the commodities covered include alumina, bauxite, cement, clinker, coal, grains, iron ore, petcoke, scrap, sugar and sulphur. The information includes relevant port restrictions and information such as length overall, maximum beam, maximum air draught, maximum deadweight and load/discharge rates.

Supplied by Veson Nautical, the online distance tables offer a convenient tool to access millions of routes for voyage estimation and comparison. Routing can be edited to reflect seasonal constraints and user specific requirements. Optional functionality includes point to port and point to point distance and route retrieval.
